Thomas F. Toscani


Education:  Mr. Toscani earned a J.D. (Juris Doctor) Degree at Stetson University College of Law in 1973.  In 1977, he earned a PBA Trust Training Degree from Bucknell University, and has earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the Temple University Law School Graduate Tax Program in 1979.  He is a 1970 graduate of St. Thomas University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Professional Practice:  Thomas F. Toscani concentrates his practice on estate and business succession planning, estate and trust administration, estate and post mortem tax planning, nonprofit and business organizations, and representation of fiduciaries and private foundations.


Mr. Toscani has served as counsel to publicly held companies and numerous small businesses in matters involving executive compensation, contractual negotiation, and real estate transactions.  He serves as counsel to nonprofit organizations in matters involving fundraising activities. He is a pension administrator on numerous profit and nonprofit entities.

Prior to forming Toscani & Lindros, LLP, Mr. Toscani was of counsel at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP, and before that was the managing partner at the law firm of Peck, Young & VanSant.

Mr. Toscani's representative clients include Penn Liberty Bank, Inc., Paris Business Products, ICT Group, Inc., Petersen Kitchens, Inc., Classic Pistol, Inc., Caritas Foundation, Chester County Police & Firemen Hero Fund, Chester County Public Safety Training Center Foundation, MCS Group, Inc., Ehmke Manufacturing Company, Appliance Repair Service, Mid Atlantic & Southern Coastal Parts Distributors, Inc., and numerous other non-profit and for-profit businesses.

Professional and Community Associations:
Mr. Toscani is President of the Berwyn-Paoli Area Little League. He is Chairman of the Easttown Township Parks & Recreation Board, Events Chairman of the Easttown Township Tri-centennial Committee.  He is a Board Member of the Waynesborough Country Club, The Masonic Villages, and the Berwyn Veterans Memorial. He founded and constructed the Field of Dreams Sports Complex and the Frank Johnson Park in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. He is the Director of Little League District 27 Challenger Day. Mr. Toscani is a Board Member of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Berwyn-Devon Business & Professional Association.  He has received numerous local, state and national awards for his contributions to the community and disabled youth.

Mr. Toscani is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Florida.
